About NS Prime Con

Founded by Edward Allingham in 1990, NS Prime Con provide a complete construction service including Main Contracting, Civil Engineering, Design & Build, Property Development and Specialist Joinery services.

Our clients benefit from the expertise which we have built up over the past three decades, with vast experience at all levels of construction including pre-construction planning and design as well as our health and safety, environmental and specialist regulatory advice. NS Prime Con also provide interior design consultancy and an in-house joinery manufacturing service, to complete our turnkey offering which many clients avail of.

We directly employ all of our staff and recruit from an array of professional backgrounds including Architecture, Engineering and Surveys. Consequently, we have an impressive set of skills in-house which allows us to provide a superior service to our clients.

Nothing that we do is more important than ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of personnel on site and the general public.

We have an in house, competent and dedicated compliance and risk team. In conjunction with project management teams, they carry out detailed site assessments and inspections on all projects to ensure compliance with requirements. Dictated by NS’s Integrated Management System (IMS) covering 3 core levels of compliance, all works follow the requirements of our international standard ISO EN 45001:2018. All associated corrective, preventive and improvement actions are monitored, measured and reviewed to ensure continual improvement.
